The South Central Educational Assocation and Alliance (SCEA) is developing community-focused access to institutions of higher education, local workforce development providers and general workshops and trainings for life long learning. The SCEA is in partnership with the following institutions of higher education:

• Indiana State University
• Ball State
• Ivy Tech – Bloomington
• Ivy Tech – Sellersburg
• Vincennes University – Jasper
• Indiana University – Bloomington
• Indiana University – New Albany
• Indiana College Network

The community learning centers will provide workforce development, career training and lifelong learning opportunities in each county. Each county's learning center is located in the heart of the community.
